Chi Alpha Campus Ministries
is
a Christian missional outreach to students at The University of
Montana. There are over 250 Chi Alpha (or XA, for short) campus
groups in the U.S., along with many chapters around the world.
During the school year Pursuit (our weekly gathering) meets
every Tuesday at 7:30pm in the UM Skaggs Building room 169. Chi
Alpha desires to be a community of worship and
mission on the campus of UM.
Community
o
Life Groups – groups
formed around common interests
o
Retreats – times to
get-away & be refreshed physically and spiritually
o
Parties – BBQs, bonfires,
theme events, game nights, etc…
o
XA Student Center – 5-6
students live in community & place for fun
Worship
o
Pursuit - weekly on-campus
meeting for worship, message, connection
o
Discipleship Groups –
small group gatherings for Bible study and prayer
o
Mentoring – weekly
meetings with staff or veteran student leaders
o
Worship Nights – "go deep" times of worship, 24 hour, various locations
Mission
o
Mini-Missions – weekend
missions trips to locations around Montana
o
Spring Break Missions –
week-long missions trips to Mexico or Canada
o
Summer Missions Expeditions
– 2-3 week missions trips overseas
o
Service Projects – help at
food banks, shelters, nursing homes, etc…
o
Witnessing Projects
- week of UM outreach, concerts, guest speakers

Chi Alpha Campus Ministries
is a missionary outreach, meaning all salaries and operating
budget comes from donations and monthly support. If you would
