Light For the Lost Banquet– will be at Midtown Church (1750 South Ave. W) on Friday, Sept. 10 at 6:30. This mission fundraiser buys materials & Bibles to provide  missionaries in the field. The steak is provided, but you must bring a dessert or salad to share. Please sign up at the Welcome Center!

Osprey Game– if you want to join a group of CLC people at Osprey field on Sunday, September 5th, stop at the table in the foyer to sign up.

Women’s Bible Study-will be meeting weekly on Thursdays at 10am starting September 9th. Study by Sharon Jaynes entitled “What God Really Thinks About Women.” Childcare provided.

Newcomer’s Lunch: September 19th (12:30pm in the Youth Center). If you are new to CLC in the past year and have not attended a Newcomers lunch yet, please join the pastoral staff so we can all get acquainted. It’s free, but we do need you to sign up at the Welcome Center this morning.

Golden Heirs services begin again this Thursday at 7pm. After a short summer break. On Sept. 16th we’ll have a special concert (in the chapel).
